Overpriced, unprofessional, unfriendly! I took my puppy for his second set of shots to this place (the breeder had given the first shots). The front desk staff is unfriendly but the female vet seemed to be OK. My second visit did not go as well. The male vet was absent minded and I had not expected to have another vet treat my dog at these prices. I could have went to PetSmart/Banfield where they have various vets on duty at a fraction of the cost. I asked to get an ear cleaning solution, which I did not get. No return visit was scheduled by the very unfriendly cashier. I paid for a urine analysis ($40+) which I was to collect the next morning but I decided to call them and ask to get a refund. The estimate for neutering my puppy was around $300 which is ridiculous. A couple of weeks later I called to have them email the puppy's vaccination records for joining a training class. Nothing was emailed (and yes, I checked my spam). I called a few days later and asked them to mail me the vaccination records. What I got instead was a reminder for the next vaccination date which I did not even know about. I called them and asked them to email me the records and they stated they had just started to use email and they had had some problems and had been reset so they did not know what happened to any earlier emails. Oddly, they claimed that they get 100s of emails a day and that's why they could not find my email request sent just a few minutes earlier. The estimate for neutering my puppy was around $300 which is ridiculous. I am certainly not one bit confident that this place is equipped to offer the level of customer service that I expect, especially at these high prices. Anal sac expression was $26 which took about 45 seconds and did not even smell bad. Because they don't have their office running smoothly, and their lack of expertise with OLD TECH like email, I hate to think what goes on behind closed doors. Both vets were older and I was left to wonder if they are current with state-of-the-art vet care. I would never trust my precious puppy to be treated for anything at this place. I checked my debit account if they had given me the refund for the urine analysis, and as expected, they had not. They promised to send my refund check which I hate: the hassle of going to my bank to cash a $40 check. So now "the check is in the mail".

. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
I was able to relax very easily. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well.
Dr. Baker was wonderful! He answered all my questions ! Also he call to find out how my dog was doing!!

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
