Dr ball is great , very helpful and compassionate. His staff No ! Faye his procedure coordinator is uncaring and down right rude! I've never been treated so bad at a doctors office.she should not be in a position to speak to the patients.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. i have never experience such a rude, uncaring/uncompassionate staff who basically treats everybody as a "pill popping criminal". It is their way or the highway without regard to uncontrollable things that happen during every day life. Never would I recommend them! They have a lot of improving to do or they will go out of business.

The office staff is ALWAYS unfriendly while the PA's and their support team are very friendly. Dr. Ball is very good at giving injections but seldom visits with his patients. The only time I saw the Dr. was when I received injections. Always saw the PA.
The after hours support is TERRIBLE! Not helpful and seems like they don't care what happens to you after business hours. His front office staff needs some major training in customer service!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff at the front desk was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome and most of the time they were rude, but the nursing staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It is a great place with wonderful doctors,and nurses, that willgo out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and they take care of all your pain needs. You dont have to interact with the front staff very much so its easy to look over. I highly recomend them.
