Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The chairs in the waiting room weren’t really anything to rave about, they were pretty average and slightly uncomfortable.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

I went to Dr Rubenstein complaining of the sudden onset of dark floaters in my right eye. He said it was nothing and that I had the vision of a 20 year old (I was 66 years old) A little more than a week later I suffered a detached retina. It is known and has been written everywhere that floaters can be the early sign of a detached retina. He couldn't even see the detached retina after it occurred. I didn't get proper care until 10 days after the detachment and have suffered extreme damage to my retina, vision and mental health since.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. One thing that's been so annoying about Marc Rubinstein, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
