He was awful. Didn't listen to one thing I had to say, told me to just go home and feel better when my blood work was off, and refused to do any kind of treatment or care.

Dr. Heinig is an excellent Doctor and in my opinion the best endocrhronologist in rochester. He is very accurate with his diagnosis and very professional and friendly. I went to him years ago for graves desease. But, for some reason his staff members refused to return my calls for another appt. I even had my family dr. try to call and she could not get a hold of anyone either, perhaps due to shortage on staff. I recently got a hold of the one nurse who use to see me and she said he was no longer taking new patients. I explained to her that i was a patient of his and just could no longer get an appt. for some reason. she said, sorry.
