They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Berberich is compassionate and took the time to hear my questions. She did not rush, nor cut me off at any time. I am SHOCKED at the horrible review she received on this site, but then again, the person writing the review refers to Dr. Berberich as a man. Clearly, the person writing the review is mistaken.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

I am not at all impressed with the staff or the service. First of all, the admitting staff were rude stating in a demanding tone to, "move someone is behind you." The doctor was informed but did not appear interested! Second, I was not informed that a tech would exam my eyes, only check for something without telling me what. The tech printed the prescription she had written and signed the doctors name in my presence, he had not checked to see if what she found was correct; when told, he commented," they know more about that that I do, they exam eyes all the time." If I wanted to be seen by a doctor, he said "ask to see one;" who would know they would not be examined by a licensed physician without being told this when scheduling the appointment? My sister had so many problems with her prescription and the staff doubting that she could not see that I would not take my prescription back for rechecking; I am wearing my old prescription put in new frames. I will NEVER go to that practice again, recommend to anyone and plan to cancel my husband's appointment. Demand to see a doctor when you make your appointment. By the way, make sure they file with the correct insurance company, they checked my record to find a company that I had many, many years ago to file my claim even though I had given them a new insurance carrier. I would not give them any stars but the rating does not have a place for nothing.
