I saw the physicians assistant, first name Robert. The information he gave me at my first appointment completely conflicted with everything I have read. I am convinced he is not qualified to give advice or treat children as young as my son. The information he gave me was inaccurate and his recommendation that I just come back in 6 months could have allowed my sons condition to worsen. Don't trust this PA!

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I trust them so much, that they also help with my daughters. They are wonderful and completely tristworthy.
