Although I found Jean Doan very capable, I found the office horrible to work with, they are nasty and rigid, and terrible with dealing with patients. I am out of there, happily.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff was helpful . They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I was seen by a nurse practitioner instead of meeting Dr. Henley, which was new for me and I prefer to have direct contact with the doctor who is signing my prescription. The inconvenience I found is that this office does not provide other services I need like blood work, and radiology, that were available to me from a previous provider. I hope you have a better outcome from your visit.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
