My experience dealing with the office staff of this doctor was very similar to the experience of Elizabeth (a previous poster). Not only are they surly and unprofessional, they are completely ignorant of how insurance works, and were not willing to exert the slightest effort to help a potential patient. I even had my insurer BCBS of Massachusetts call to assure them that my PPO would pay the bill after my co-pay of $40. And, that it didn’t matter whether the doctor was contracted with them or in their network. That is what a PPO does!! I got nowhere with this staff! If you would like to avoid a very frustrating experience go elsewhere.

The most surly, arrogant, rude, belligerent, unprofessional office staff I have ever had the frustrating displeasure of communicating with. Ill- tempered receptionist refused to make appointment, insisting erroneously that physician practice is not in my insurer's network - tho before placing the call, I had verified via phone and on-line that doc's office is indeed covered by my insurance. Nasty receptionist passed me along to another hostile female in office who repeated the erroneous insurance information and then had the unmitigated gall to HANG UP ON ME.

If the docs here can't manage their front desk, they can't manage my care!
