I would highly recommend Dr. Becker as a caring professional. He diagnosed my pituitary problem quickly and then took the extra step to call an excellent surgeon and get me into surgery as soon as possible. I really appreciated that his experience saved me much time and frustration. In my appointments with him, he has taken the time to answer my concerns about my health in the present and the future. I never feel that he is trying to hurry me and move on to the next patient.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Because of Dr. Becker's diligence, he has found insidious cancer hiding.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
