Rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I have never came across a doctor like this who was so unhelpful and inattentive. He did not listen to any of my concerns or help me with a diagnosis. I feel sorry for the staff who has to work with him

Dr. Findling and his associated endo staff were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should, at least from other treating physcians and past tests ordered from outside labs. Dr. Findling was a know-it-alI, would tell you/ask you were you want to go for treatment, but would not facilitate that and that was because he was to lazy to order and treat his own patient, even though he has a PA, NP and several fellows which bow to him and the rest of the staff avoids him because his personality was very unpredictable. You could be dying and was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They would come in the room tell me something and then go back out and come back in rather than, just discuss the information in front of me, which left me out of the loop and with very little info. The doctor was so unfriendly! Completely rude and unwelcoming. When a doctor can stand in an intimidation stance, do no exam, try to make you cry, answer no questions for a good 45mins and then document nothing there is something wrong and then charge $380 for the visit. It didn't matter how many times I came here, they just cannot remember my name and they make no effort to even try they, he just looks at the paper you hand him. Also I would also bring a copy of all labs to make sure everything was there for the appt and would also fill out an updated medication list and the one the front desk gives to circle. They would never update my meds and when they did they put me o mediaitons that I have never taken in my life and then at life-threatening doses. At any given time there was at least 8 medication errors in my ist in which htey were taken, dose, time and how,He never once looked at the symptoms, set the papers to the side and they were never put in the chart. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. When you have a life-threatening disease and he's suppose to be the expert, it shouldn't go down this way. DR. Findling needs an entire team to take care of his job because he thinks he is to good to do the actual work. So by the time it transcends to your chart it's basically useless information. His ego is so inflated that I don't think he remembers patient care. He just wants his name put on everything and credit for doing very little. HE brags about himself in your short appt about how he talk at conference all over, yeah but you are also making a lot of money to do those talk, public record. All about the money now going on 65. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've had a good experience, but I saw my doctor, They did the work, They ordered the meds, they made the phone calls, they called my other physicians ect.. might take her longer but everyone is on the same page and quality of care is top. The Nursing staff in the lab were extremely nice along with check in ladies, but after many attempts to make this arrangement work his ego never got to level for him to get to treatment, sadly he may have been a good doctor at one point in his career, but over 15 appts, many attempts, letter from doctors over 10k in testing, much of which were ordered because I asked or he would have some other endo do the test or reorder a test because he didn't order it. My advice would be to anyone who is suffering badly and thinking about seeing him, ask if he will look at your chart, he likes clear cut cases bc of research, but then will treat you like crap after. OR i recommend going to someone else there are many great endos, being the expert doesn't always mean the best, just means he knows how to manipulate data and get his name on research, which does nothing for the patient. Helped developed salivary cortisol so guaranteed 4 of those will be done at $125 a pop. HE WILL RUIN YOUR RECORD IF YOU THINK YOURE A CD PATIENT and he thinks differently. Stay away do your research, maybe try to get a phone conversation, his video is very deceivig

Their aren't any magazines in waiting area, there are in the waiting room ....however.....It takes forever to check in, and then they act like you are late and remind you multiple times. Rude. doctor was rude, unhelpful, and I felt i was being interogatted. not friendly at all or welcoming. Didn't give explanation or answers to possible causes of my symptoms, even though i had abnormal labs.
