They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
