I really liked Dr. Garcia. She doesn't bit around the bush about your responsibility. My understanding was she closed her practice but was planning on coming back. I haven't heard anything from Dr. Garcia or her staff about her returning. If someone knows anything I sure would appreciate a response from anyone. Thanks

Dr. Garcia can seem rude at first, but she makes no bones about it she can only provide you the information. You are ultimately responsible for your own health. I have been able to get my A1C down to an almost perfect level after many years of be completely uncontrolled diabetic due to her hounding me and, Yes, sometimes shaming me. The only negative thing I can say is sometimes it is a bit hard to get through to her staff to change appointments of make refills. I highly recommend her and her Nurse Practioner.

I've read the negative comments and I have to say, it seems like I have been going to a completely different doctor. I find my experiences with Dr. Garcia and her staff to be very friendly and competent. I've been going to her for years and I have complete confidence in her diagnoses and treatment recommendations. I bring in 'internet facts' and we discuss them, she's been very receptive and never ever criticized my feelings. We discuss and she gives me rational advice or offers to research some. She gotten back to me as needed. I find my experiences with her completely on target. I have been recommending her to anyone who has any of the symptoms I had experienced prior to going to her for treatment. No one has ever come back to me and complained.

Dr. Garcia was the WORST doctor I have ever had in my life. She does not articulate what you need to do properly and she does not know how to take fault when she is wrong. She is a LIAR and very catty. I would not recommend her to anyone who cherishes there life. She is not someone you can trust with your life. DONT DO IT! There are so many endocrinologists that are so much better. Seriously reconsider.
