I waited almost an hour to be seen by the doctor, even though the assistant said it would be just a few minutes. No apology from the doctor when she arrived, she even gave me a bit of an attitude when I mentioned it. Very brief visit, doctor recommended a pill but neglected to mention the fact that it would cost over $500 as one of the drawbacks I'd asked about. Their office makes it very difficult to actually speak to anyone regarding questions or problems (office also screwed up getting my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy) bogging the patient down in a series of automated phone menus and answering machines. I finally left a frustrated message expressing several concerns over the medication she'd prescribed, begging someone to call me back promptly since I had a follow-up appointment scheduled which relied on me beginning the course of medication quickly. The office never called me back. Paid $140 for the privilege of being ignored and forgotten. I'll never go to them again.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I felt the staff was friendly enough. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did their jobs. . They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to anything I had to say.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

This doctor's office was probably the worst facility I have ever been to. I waited for about 1 hour just to see the doctor and when I finally saw someone they barely even looked at my psoriasis, the only thing they gave me was a coupon for topical cream which wasn't covered under my insurance. I went again, giving them a second chance and it was another waste of $50 co-pay I can't believe they still have patients. They probably have patients because they are the only dermatologists in Saratoga...I am still looking for another dermatologist. Please don't waste your time.

I called with a rash from poiso n ivy. I was given an appointment two weeks away. I told them that I needed it sooner and they said they would put me on a list that would get me in if there was a cancelation. I was also told that someone would get in touch with me within 24 hours. Someone finally called two days later. I was told that I should go to my primary care physician. I informed the woman that my primary doctor had recently moved out of the area. She then told me that I should go to an urgent care facility. Apparently they did not need my business.
