I have trouble staying in contact with the clinic,and my a1c is high so I need help

The place is clean. I like that all the lab work is done on site. I do have a problem with the constant cancellation of appointments. The doctors are great the PA's are just reading of a list of questions from their computers. I feel like seeing the PA's is a waste of time. I can't get my refills if I don't come in every three months. You need to alternate visits between PA and Dr, The new on line system is not the greatest. I went in two weeks ago and I am still waiting on results of my lab work. On the plus side the wait time is never very long. It is large place with many doctors. This makes it almost impossible to get any answers over the phone. I have been trying to get a hold of my PA but I was told she only works two days a week.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
