Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

At the Bay City location the doctors are VERY nice and the lady named Jamie that helped me and my husband with our ordering of glasses was very nice and helpful. ALL OF THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK ARE just plain RUDE!!!!! IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE. THEY ARE nasty, rude people!!!!!!!! They need NEW counter staff or send the current ones to a customer service seminar. I will not return here again. My next eye appointment will be somewhere else. Its not just me, they were rude to my husband and the people that were there in the waiting room.
