They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I would 100% recommend them to people. I was happy with their care and satisfied with the results. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Dr. Dvorak is very knowledgeable and takes his time with me. I feel like he covered everything and that it was a personal visit.
