I was happy with the friendliness of this doctor. It's something I look for in health care providers. He made sure every question I had was answered, They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. I like the online access the office offers and I was able to see my lab results as well as ask Dr. Friend questions and ask for perscription refills on line and my questions were answered right away. The office is convenient and if you have an issue and must be seen the same day, there is now a walk-in available.
