I really liked this doctor. Too bad he retired last year in 2013.

Great doctor, kind, considerate, patient, always supportive, extremely knowledgeable, keeps up with the latest developments in his field. Listens to his patients and answers all questions. His staff is also excellent. The only doctor appointment I look forward to.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, there was no annoying music

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
