Dr. Benz has been caring for patients with cataracts and other ocular diseases since 2001. After serving his country in the 82nd Airborne during the Iraq conflict and earning the Bronze Star Medal in 2004, Dr. Benz came to practice at Eyes of York in 2005. Having performed thousands of ocular surgeries, Dr. Benz is one of the area leaders in clear-cornea, topical, no-stitch cataract surgery procedures. The staff and doctor have always been very friendly, and professional. they are very good at helping someone to understand what is happening with their exam. The doctor has always been professional and has a great interpersonal relationship with his patients. I am very satisfied with both the doctor and staff
