There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. I have never been treated so brutally rudely anywhere in my life. Brein and his medical assistant were verbally abusive, aggressively confrontational, and rudely incompetent. It is nearly impossible to be treated there, and I was rushed rudely and abusively through the eye exams, and all aspects of patient care. It is a miracle, based on my experiences both visits that anyone ever receives appropriate treatment.
