Dr, Bunin and her staff are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. And the phone is answered by a real person, not one of those "press 1 if...". One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I came because my friend had an incredible result with her cataract surgery, and her prior doctor wouldn't take out her cataract even though my friend kept complaining she just couldn't see. Dr. Bunin not only took out her cataract, she does "custom cataract surgery" and put a restore lens in and now she doesn't need glasses for anything!! Not even reading.. I wanted the same type of lens, but Dr. Bunin told me I wasn't a candidate because of my astigmatism, so she put a "toric" lens in that corrected my astigmatism and now I don't need glasses to drive and colors are so clear and I see so well that's it's amazing! She is very thorough and honest and I would recommend her to anyone. And her staff are very kind and patient.
