They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
