Dr. Miller is a Board Certified Specialist in Pain Management with twenty-five years of experience. His association with Indiana University Health brings to bear all of the resources necessary to improve the lives of those who suffer from chronic pain. The on-site pain management team includes, expert physician, nursing, medical assistants, state-of-the-art procedure room and fluoroscopy suite, highest quality open MRI, physical therapy rehabilitation including pool and aqua therapy, pain psychologist, and support staff. Indiana University Health Pain Management in La Porte County is the only comprehensive pain management center in the northern Indiana region. Born and raised in Indiana, Dr. Miller has spent his entire professional career evaluating and treating chronic pain. he hurt me with his shots in back worst pain I have ever felt. Not only one shot but another when he knew I was in terrible pain. Not been the same since 3/13/13. He is awful. He had the look of fear when I left. Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEE HIM.

Dr Miller is very caring, knowledgeable.He truly cares about his patients. My husband and myself were patients of his. I would trust Dr David Miller with my life! He is a very loving family man.
