The worst experience EVER. They CAN'T do anything CORRECT. ONE MISTAKE AFTER ANOTHER. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Fowler. I was referred to him by another eye doctor in Pueblo about 3 1/2 years ago. The referral was for a small yellow spot on my left eye that turned out to be cancerous. Dr. Fowler, in my opinion made a quick and decisive decision that it should be removed ASAP. We talked about it together and then he consulted with one or more members of his staff and decided that he could do the surgery to remove the object in question from my eye immediately and that they had just had a patient cancel their appointment and had time to do the surgery. Dr. Fowler asked me if that is what I wanted to do and I said "let's do it". And the rest is history. Three and a half years later, there is no sign of the cancer. I would recommend Dr. Fowler to everyone who is looking for a good, kind, compassionate and professional doctor to meet their vision needs. I will also mention that he has a very professional and well trained staff that will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome, comfortable and special. If you haven't guessed it by now, he is one of my hero's. Thanks so much for all you have done.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
