I've worked with Dr. Lai and his staff for over 10 years, and have had excellent, dependable service. I would recommend Dr. Lai for thyroid issues and diabetes. The staff observes privacy issues closely, and the office is new and comfortable.

Dr Lai and staff are rather brusque and do not listen to patient well. Dr Lai's advice may be good, but his statements on nutrition and perhaps other topics as well are not always accurate.
