They answered my questions and spent time needed with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They had a nice selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am always willing to wait for Dr Chan because I know if I have an emergency he will take the time with me. The time you wait can be long but it is worth it to get one of the top retinal specialists in the world. The outcome of my surgery was amazing and he has been able to keep my vision sharp through shots.

office wasnt easy to find. staff was busy but not rude. they had been there since 8 am and it was 1030 pm when i got to see the doctor for my proceedure. i asked him during my exam what he was doing and he got irritated that i would even ask. just explaining what you are doing goes along way to making a patient feel safe, secure and confident in the doctor. i tried to talk to him after the proceedure but he just brushed me off.
