Dr. Henry is totally up to date technically and an old fashioned doctor at the same time --he actually listens to you, never condescends, and makes himself available when you need him. I thanked him for meeting me at his office when I experienced a torn retina on a Saturday afternoon. There was never an attempt at the usual brush off -- "go to the ER." He seemed surprised when I thanked him and complimented him on being such a caring doctor. He said, "but that's my job." If only more doctors had that attitude. He also pulled some strings with a laser surgery colleague and I had surgery in an office that same afternoon. This is a wonderful doctor.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATING DOCTOR AND I'M A DOCTOR WHO HASN'T OFTEN HAD SIMILAR APPOINTMENT EXPERIENCES IN OTHER DOCTORS OFFICES !
