I had laser hair removal at their Fredericksburg location, which they have since closed. I paid aot of money and had several treatments. I had my 6th appointment scheduled and they closed down. I received no phone call to notify me. I called their Occoquan location three or four times. When I finally left a rude message, she called back and said she was going to Iraq. While she was in Fredericksburg, her mother was the contact person at the Occoquan location. On a few occasions she had me call her when she was going out of town. She said her mother was her receptionist. When I spoke with her mom, she was courteous and polite.

Regarding the treatment: She does not have you shave before laser treatments. She never once even mentioned shaving to me. I've since learned shaving is necessary to get good laser hair removal treatments. Needless to say, my treatments were not successful.
