The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Some of my questions were answered, but I still felt a little uninformed.
