I was told I could be back to work Monday and have surgery on the previous Thursday or Friday. Cassie his scheduler, yelled at me explaining how hard it is to schedule that because he does Tues/Wed. surgeries. We set an appt for Tuesday and she emails me with a Wed. appt that she changed without notification. The nurse that calls to give pre-surgical instructions the Friday before sugery, tells me I'll go back to work when the Dr. see's me again and evaluates me. That was to be on the appt. for the Wed. after the Monday he told me to plan with my employer to come back from work.

I couldn't get information for any of my questions as I was directed to Liz (his asst.) who directs you to Cassie the scheduler who refuses and says she will email (supposed to confirmation of the appt we discussed, only to find out she changed the date to my h beusbands birthday) your confirmatioin and all the info I need. I was told to call if I have further questions after that. The email didn't even come the same day.

Extremly difficult, uncaring, unprofessional staff.
