Dr. Engelbrecht is a great doctor. I was referred to him a few months ago with an aneurysm that hemorrhaged behind my eye. He is a rare doctor that takes time to make sure he knows all of the details, tests accordingly, and explains in terms you can understand. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable and I completely trust my eyes (vision) to his care. We are fortunate to have Dr. Engelbrecht with regularly scheduled days in Effingham, IL.

We LOVE Dr. Engelbrecht! He has worked with my son for nearly 5 years now and he has been absolutely wonderful! I fully trust my son's eyes to him. He doesn't rush in and out, he's always very friendly and personable with us. He has boys my son's age and you can tell by the way he interacts with my son. I highly recommend him as a doctor.
