They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was easy enough to find. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

Their equipment was advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, but the office climate was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly.
