They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
