Staff was rude and lied to me on the phone. One left for the day when I was on hold waiting to talk to her. Doctor does not review patient information in a timely manner... waiting 7+ hours to even make appt. Urgent care appointments 3-4 weeks out and regular ones 2 months out--and this is when primary care physician has done lab work and scans and knows you need care--staff would rather have patients running up bills in the emergency room than actually care for them.

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Everytime I called...I felt as though I was a bother. If you dont' have a diabetic related illness don't bother coming here. Arrogance pervades the office, from the doc to the staff.
