Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I always have my blood work done ahead of time with Dr. Horst's Rx at the hospital. This way I can go to the appointment having done my homework and can have an intelligent conversation with Dr. Horst. He is always courteous and professional and gives me thorough answers to my questions and doesn't rush. I moved here from Boston (top drawer medicine) and can say he is excellent and thorough. I have gone to him for many years now and would recommend him.

I was Dr. Horst's patient for 2 1/2 years. I regret ever going back to him after my first visit. He is not a thyroid specialist. He never even felt my thyroid. The only blood work he ever ordered was TSH. He dismissed my concerns and symptoms repeatedly, even when I begged for his help. I was forced to go to a new family physician who ran more tests and was willing to treat my symptoms. She ordered a sonogram of my thyroid and a nodule was found. She quickly referred me for a biopsy and it turns out that I have thyroid cancer. If Dr. Horst had taken me seriously, the cancer may have been found much earlier.
