You should either have great insurance coverage or be rich, as they nickel and dime you here and insist on only the most expensive ovulation kits and meds. I had to rely on the pharmacist to suggest a much less expensive alternate, and when I inquired about it, they said "oh that's fine too." Do they have a deal with the drug company or something? Even after you express being uncomfortable with IVF, they keep subtly pressuring you "it's the fastest way." After multiple unsuccessful IUIs, finally got a referral *from a different clinic* to finally get the male factor infertility addressed, which Dr. Johnson DISCOURAGED us from doing. Guess what, we got pregnant right away (IUI at a different clinic). The staff RN seems oddly cold and distant, and you never see the doctor after the consult.

I was very disappointed in the service I received even though they came highly recommended. The med techs were rarely able to take my blood without bruising, or having to prick me multiple times because it was always new staff. I was given incorrect information on what needle to use with one of the drugs that may have affected my responsiveness to the drugs. AND it's been 2 months and they still have not refunded me unused lab fees in the amount of $5,000. I keep getting told it's on it's way. It took 2 weeks for the Administrative Manager to even call me back regarding my refund and then she dropped the ball. Good luck if you use them.

The entire team has no customer service skills. If you have insurance benefits, please be careful with their billing. Patient is being scheduled for blood tests and staff weren't sure which tests to take. Becareful of being ask to come in many times so they can charge you. I've been with the office for the whole year, paying lots of money and nothing get done except just testings. DO NOT TRUST THIS PROVIDER AND STAFF.
