I definitely felt like they rushed my appointment. They didn’t even really listen to me explain my symptoms, or answer any of my questions. Whenever I try to get a question answered over the phone, they just make me schedule an appointment instead of at least trying to answer. It's a waste of gas to drive down there every time just to get a simple question answered. Their level of customer service is seriously lacking and the entire staff is very rude especially his head nurse Denise. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
