I visited Dr. Winkler some years ago and she was wonderful. No one was even able to figure out what was wrong with me, but she immediaely diagnosed my case and changed the course of my life.
She is caring, very professional, on time, with a lot of knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend her. Five stars for sure.

Dr.did not spend time with me nor did she seem concerned with my current issues with an autoimmune disorder. My general practitioner is much more helpful than Dr. Winkler

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
