When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I loved that they took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt much more confident going into treatment. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

I loved that they took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt much more confident going into treatment. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were one of the best rheumatologists I've ever seen. I was very impressed with their level of knowledge and skill. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
