Dr. Botstein is businesslike but also friendly. His competence is off the charts in rheumotology, but also brings perspective from an internal medicine background. He is always thorough. His staff is caring, polite and accomodating.He also is thorough in coordination with other physicians to, which he refers you. In summary, this is no Doc in the box, corporate atmosphere, where appointments are overbooked. You can depend on your confirmed appointment time, genuine care, and professional advice that will help you.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are one of the most reliable doctors I've ever been to. They always keep their appointments, and even call me to remind me the day before. They told me a bunch of simple lifestyle changes I could make that would reduce and prevent my inflammation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
