Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Worst doctor's appointment ever. I walked in there looking for some type of medication or interventions to try for Raynaud's disease, because my disease is getting worse and starting to become painful. The Alan Marks knew less about Raynaud's than I did and stated there was nothing that could be done for it- even though I told him I was having bad chest pain in the winter and my feet were becoming swollen, painful, and worse over the course of 3 years. I sat there in silence and he didn't have knowledgable answers to any of my questions. He said, well I guess you better find a nice guy and move to Arizona cause there is nothing that can be done.... Now I have been to another Rheumatologist and he had a few options for me and so did my primary care physician. I was disgusted when I left. He didn't even schedule an appointment in the future because he didn't do anything for him to even check up on!!! Never go there- he didn't even research anything or ask me disease related questions to make my toes more comfortable.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Never, they are very reliable.
