Dr. Rao did a great job and listened to all my concerns and exceeded my expectations. I had no pain after surgery and I am very pleased with my outcome. He is very personable and easy to talk to.
They have given me my life back. I am so thankful for them. They are gentle and understanding. Staff is excellent as well. I would recommend to any one who has nerve pain. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their services.
Dr. Rao exemplifies everything a surgeon should behe is skilled, kind, compassionate and an all-around quality human being. I have never had a doctor who listened to me so well and HEARD everything I was trying to express. He never once rushed me and I always felt during this process he was an ally and an advocate. Aside from all that, I am healing perfectly and he did an amazing job with minimal scarring on my ankle! Equally important is the professionalism and care from his medical assistant Maddie Grace. Maddie has been the face and voice of the practice for me and quite frankly, you could not ask for more. She has always been responsive, thoughtful, caring and an excellent listener like Dr. Rao. She deserves far more than whatever you pay her because when patients come to your practice bruised and broken, they need a knowledgeable and friendly person there helping them. I love this dynamic duo and feel so lucky to have them on my side.
Every one is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and professional. Want to give kudos to Todd, Jessica, Jordan and KG. Dr Gruber is a fantastic doctor and a real credit to his profession. Also, the facilities are amazing. I reached a level of usage of my shoulder very quickly and also added some muscle. When I exercise and do the elements at home I do both arms, o I develop more muscle. I will probably keep most of the exercises long after my shoulder is good.
Dr. Rao- This has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Rao listens and gives his honest professional opinion as to steps forward. The concept of an integrated practice is brilliant. As a patient who has been through the process from end-to-end here are a few suggestions: - For patients that are no weight bearing, a few chairs in the lobby that are elevated (like counter height) would be very helpful. - For patients with ankle/foot issues, or post-op, climbing stairs for a weight bearing x-ray is very problematic. An ankle/foot weight bearing x-ray machine that sits on the floor would be very helpful.
Dr Rao was extremely personable, and super helpful in answering all of my questions. I would thoroughly recommend him. All the staff at the practice were very friendly and helpful.
