We have enjoyed getting to know the staff at your clinic with it being our first time here. We absolutely love Dr. Moore and appreciate his expertise as we make big decisions. We previously attended the clinic at the U of U and the contrast in patient care has left us feeling a little brushed off. Our previous experience we felt like the nurses 'held our hand' through the whole process and walked us through step by step. We have had a little bit of trouble with communication with nurses and the embryo lab staff - nothing very problematic but enough to leave us feeling a little unsure. Overall we are still having a good experience with your clinic.

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and Endometrial Hyperplasia. I was told by a previous Dr that it would be extremely hard for me to have kids and if I dont do it ASAP then the chances will not be too high. My husband and I met with Dr. Moore and he reassured us that once I finish this other prescription that Im on (next month hopefully) then he can prescribe me a prescription and he said he is positive if all goes well I will most likely get pregnant the first couple of months. Hearing that lifted our spirits immenseley. He was so understanding and I love that he actually took the time to look through my records from previous doctors so he could more fully understand what was going on. He was honest and open to all our questions we had and explained the situation and answers in complete detail. He is what we have been searching for. We were very pleased and will definitely reccomened!

I thought the doctor was informative. He was going to have us meet with nurse to get going but the nurse had a family emergency. They said they would call us next day. Never received a call. Did not feel like they cared enough to call and follow up with us.
