This is the 1st time I have been in Dr. Miller's office as other appts have been w/Zoom. Asked to come in early yet not seen until original time. Overkill on reminders: email and phone call and I had called for copy of x-ray order and confirmed I was coming!!!

Hour and half wait once roomed but Dr Miller spent time answering questions and explaining . Would recommend him anytime

Dr. Miller is great. I canceled my follow up appointment because my issue/s were resolved and I saw no need to see him again at this time. Only negative was when I called to cancel, I had a 50 minute wait time and was only the 8th caller in line. This I felt was excessive. I would have liked to speak to a PA or nurse to see if I should cancel or not. I made this decision because I did not want to wait 50 minutes on the phone. Ridiculous!

I was reluctant to have knee replacement but I am beyond delighted with the success of the surgery. My knee is great and pain free.

Poor customer service. Made 3 appointments over phone and each one they did not provide link or follow up. Phones are constantly down so you cannot call and then they blame it on you as no show

Dr Miller did a excellent job on my surgery. I would recommend him to anyone who needs hip surgery. He is someone i can trust, very mannerly, and did a great job when i came in, Focusing on my hip surgery and other issues i was having.
