Prescribed Cymbalta for my Fibromyalga. Five meds prior and Cymbalta worked well. I was starting to feel normal again which made me so happy. Last visit in August 2017, Dr. Gonzalez forgot to write me a new script. I phoned him asking to please call it in as he is in Miami and I in Fort Myers. Said he would and didn't. Pharmacology faxed 3 times, no response. Great accountability Dr. Gonzalez!! I am now forced to see another doctor. 2 months out in appointments and another six for Rheumatologist. Withdraws are the best and the pain is exceptional! Takes a month or more for Cymbalta to start working. Just want to say thanks and would like to know how you sleep at night. Oh, and lying to me about my pharmacy won't accept you calling in a prescription is obsurd! What about the faxes? You are simply a liar. You wanting my husband to say good things about his surgery to the public is out of the question now. Did you really think he would do you any favors after the way you have treated me? I would NOT recommend you to anyone, to think I used to praise you makes me cringe!
