As a professional working mom, at times it can be challenging to keep everything in balance. Juggling the multitude of family, work and personal priorities can seem like a daunting task. Jennifer and the healing touch she provides have helped me to achieve a sense of balance, peace and mental acuity that I have not had since before I had children.

Jennifer is a gifted clinician, who provides concrete strategies for stress management, reduction of anxiety and mindful living. I feel so strongly about the services that she provides that I have made referrals for some of the clients that I see in psychotherapy in order to compliment and support the work they engage in with me.
