I have done 3 visits so far and so far I am not happy have not lost anything, beginning to believe this does not really work.

Everyone in the area knows that they are the absolute best in the field, which is why I went there. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was so refreshing. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They really worked with me (i had some scheduling issues), but we were able to get it all worked out. I've already recommended them. I absolutely love this place. Very happy with the service and treatment that I received at LipoLaser Cincinnati. Happy client!

Beware of using this business. I bought a 3-visit deal for $100 through Groupon in September. When I tried to schedule my first appt. shortly after the purchase, I was informed the "initial consultation" couldn't occur on a weekend, only through the week. The first date they had open was in late October, about 5 weeks later. I made the appt. but about 2 or 3 days before the Oct. date, they called and said they needed to reschedule me due to "high volume." Later, in November, I rescheduled for a date in late December. Agan, that was 4 or 5 weeks in advance. Lo and behold, 3 days before the appt., the owner said she needed to reschedule again. I tried to call and couldn't get a voicemail system, so I sent an email stating it was unprofessional and sounded like a scam. I got a nasty email from the owner, which cussed me out, accused me of making her miss her child's X-mas play (seriously) and calling me an "asshole." She said she wouldn't accept my business AND wouldn't issue a refund. I am pursuing legal action against this place.
