Kristen has been working with me as my therapist and pain management advocate for the past 3 years. I was in a bad motorcycle accident in 2019 and had a multitude of surgeries to help walk again. I was referred to Kristen for Medical Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and yoga therapy. This type of therapy has helped me walk again; helped prevent another surgery and has kept me away from opiates. Kristen and her team helped me back on the road to recovery and back to work after a serious work injury to my back. I'll have to continue therapy for a long time but it is worthwhile knowing I have support.

Kristen has turned my life around with her excellent skill set. I was in a car accident 2 years ago and had lost feeling in my right leg due the damage to my discs. I've been through 3 chiropractors, PT and started pain management with prescribed medication. This only made things worse for me and I was in fear of not being able to walk. I was referred to a surgeon and told that I needed to have surgery. I wanted to try an alternative path and I found Kristen. I am happy to say after 6 months of intense therapy I was told that I don't have to have surgery. Through her wellness coaching; Neuromuscular therapy, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Yoga therapy she has helped me have feeling back in my leg and restored balance in my life again. I highly recommend her and am thankful for her dedication to help along my healing journey and walk again.

Kristen has always helped me deal with my back pain in alternative and therapeutic way through her skill set of Neuromuscular therapy and yoga therapy. I recommend her to anyone that, she is the best!

Kristen is very well versed in all areas of pain management, she helped me with my whiplash after my car accident and relieved my headaches. I highly recommend her and will continue to see her on a regular basis.

I've been a patient of Kristens' along with chiropractic work that I've been receiving after an automobile accident. My left leg was numb and my whole lower back was in constant pain. Through all of the work and her knowledge of how to get me back on track I am back to where I was before the accident. I'm thankful to her and the time she spent showing me stretch and take care of injury afterwards. She is highly recommended.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
