Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They make me feel like I'm the most important person in the world. The studio is immaculately clean and the staff is always helpful, professional and friendly. The therapists are all first rate and amazing and tailor the massage to my needs. Also, I can always get an appointment when I need one and usually can just walk in and be seen. I love this Elements and will always be a client.
