I was intimidated to try Boxing, but Folsom MMA made it a comfortable, fun experience. The classes are great and the gym is really nice and clean. Everyone is very nice and it is not an intimidating environment. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who has though of trying any boxing or MMA style workouts but has felt intimidated.
